Orders received before 6pm will be processed on the same day and we will always select the fastest carrier available for your delivery address. While we do not guarantee shipping speeds, orders are usually received within 2 – 4 weeks (UK only).

Delivery times for each item may be different so please check the item description for details. If your item hasn’t arrived in the expected time, please contact Customer Service for an update. You will need to provide your name, email address and order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email).

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), we offer a standard 28 day return policy with the original packaging in the exact condition the item was received in. We will issue a full refund provided the product has not been unnecessarily handled, i.e. beyond the handling that you would do in a shop to decide whether to purchase the product. There are no return fees; however you are responsible for the return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will process a refund as soon as the product(s) are received and checked.
