Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this website you are agreeing to the terms of the shipping policy outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are mutually protected.

COVID-19 Update: Due to the impact of the pandemic, shipping times may be subject to disruption. This may result in longer delivery times than usual for some products.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders for delivery within the United Kingdom are FREE. Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom will incur a delivery charge.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom are processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 6pm GMT. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed and shipped within the next 48 hours.

Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled and dispatched on the following Monday.

All orders for delivery within the United Kingdom should be received within 1 – 2 weeks from point of order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK

Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom are processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 6pm GMT. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed and shipped within the next 48 hours.

Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled and dispatched on the following Monday.

All orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom should be received within 2 – 4 weeks from point of order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and a full refund given.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link from which you can track the progress of your shipment.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If upon arrival, you find that the parcel has been damaged in transit please reject the
parcel from the courier and contact us at contact@chilloutboo.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, contact us at contact@chilloutboo.com.

If you find that a product is faulty, please contact us at contact@chilloutboo.com. We will provide a refund or replacement item as soon as the product has been returned to us.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it in order to receive a refund.
